Chief Udeh, who was the Special Guest of Honour at the event, noted that there was need for Ndigbo to work in synergy with the ruling APC in Lagos State. He however, also said that the leadership of the party shouldacknowledge
the support by giving appointments to Ndigbo in the Local Government areas to build strong support in the local areas.
He also stated that the population of Ndigbo in Lagos State, which put to about 45 per cent, was enough for the ruling party not to neglect Ndigbo. He urged the ruling party to close the gap and accommodate Ndigbo the more in the State for greater working relationship in the future.
