 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 Daddy Lumba is dead – Family confirms


Legendary Ghanaian musician Daddy Lumba, real name Charles Kojo Fosu, has sadly passed away.


His family confirmed the news today, Saturday, July 26, 2025, saying he died after a short illness.


“With profound sorrow and deep grief, the Fosu family announces the passing of Ghana’s beloved musical icon,” the official statement read.


Daddy Lumba was a household name in Ghana and beyond, known for his decades of consistent hit songs and powerful stage presence.


“He was more than a musician; he was a cultural icon whose music touched countless lives,” the family added.


The family has asked for privacy during this difficult time and says funeral details will be shared soon.


Shortly after the announcement, a post appeared on Daddy Lumba’s verified Facebook page: “Rest well, legend!”

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
