 LAWMA Waste, Investigation, Surveillance and Enforcement operatives on night duty have apprehended two environmental offenders along the Jibowu and Ojota corridors of Ikorodu Road for engaging in illegal waste collection and indiscriminate disposal of refuse at unauthorized locations. The suspects, were arrested during routine surveillance operations after being found carrying out activities that constitute environmental nuisance and undermine approved waste management processes, despite repeated warnings and sensitization efforts. The offenders are being transferred to the Oshodi Task Force Office for prosecution through the Mobile Court in accordance with the environmental protection laws of Lagos State. LAWMA reiterates that illegal waste collection and indiscriminate dumping remain punishable offences. ‎Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church (IESC Worldwide), has declared that Peter Obi, the former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, will not become president of Nigeria in 2027.

‎

‎Speaking via a recent Facebook video, Ayodele dismissed the possibility entirely, warning that even massive public support would not change the divine verdict.

‎

‎“Peter Obi will never be president in 2027...Let there be one billion Obidient followers, it will not change anything.”

‎

‎According to the prophet, Obi lacks divine backing and is driven more by ambition than by a divine mandate. He stated that Obi is desperate to l president, but God did not give him that power and If Obi rules, this country will turn upside down. 

‎

‎The cleric claimed that a Peter Obi presidency would not only fail to deliver solutions but would also plunge the country into deeper confusion and instability.
