Martha Stewart opens first-ever stores

Martha Stewart has expanded her brand by launching her first freestanding brick-and-mortar stores. The inaugural Martha Stewart store opened at City Centre Mirdif in Dubai, followed by a second location at Dubai Hills Mall. These stores are operated by Marquee Brands, which acquired the Martha Stewart brand in 2019 and continues to benefit from Stewart’s guidance.

The launch marks a new chapter for the brand, bringing Martha Stewart’s signature style, trusted quality, and design expertise to the Middle East in a standalone retail format for the first time. The stores are managed in partnership with Apparel Group, a major global fashion and lifestyle retailer based in Dubai, which operates thousands of stores across multiple countries.

The stores offer a carefully curated selection of products inspired by Stewart’s own home, featuring a color palette and design elements drawn from her residence in Bedford, New York. Each location averages between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet and stocks bedding, bath items, cookware, baking tools, and entertaining essentials. Plans are underway to expand the store concept to additional locations in India, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, bringing Martha Stewart’s home goods and lifestyle products to new international markets.
