 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  PDP Announces 101st NEC Meeting for July 23-25, 2025


The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has scheduled its 101st National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting to take place from Wednesday, July 23 to Friday, July 25, 2025, at the party’s National Secretariat in Abuja. The announcement was made in a statement signed by the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Hon. Debo Ologunagba, and shared on X on Tuesday.


According to the statement, the three-day meeting will commence daily at 2:00 pm and is in line with the party’s internal processes as outlined in Section 31(1) of the PDP Constitution (as amended in 2017). A reminder has been issued to all NEC members to attend.


The meeting will see the participation of key party figures, including the National Chairman, serving and former Presidents and Vice Presidents of Nigeria (if party members), the Chairman and Secretary of the Board of Trustees (BoT), and all other BoT members. Also invited are principal officers of the National Assembly who are PDP members, including up to 18 serving Senators and 24 House of Representatives members from across the country, all PDP governors, National Officers of the Party, state chairmen, six ex-officio members, and other former key officeholders who remain party members.


The PDP emphasized the importance of the gathering as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its organizational framework ahead of future political activities.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
