 Jill Biden to release memoir View From the East Wing in June  Former First Lady Jill Biden will release her memoir, View from the East Wing, on June 2. The book reflects on her experiences during Joe Biden’s presidency, including his decision to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race. Published by Gallery Books, a division of Simon & Schuster, the memoir will also be available as an audio edition narrated by Biden herself. The book offers an intimate look at life as First Lady during major historical events, including the Covid-19 pandemic and the aftermath of January 6, while sharing her personal perspective on the presidency and its impact on her family. For the first time, she details her experiences surrounding her husband’s choice not to seek reelection, sharing both the uplifting and challenging moments of that period.  RUSSIA EXCHANGES 1,000 UKRAINIAN BODIES FOR 19 


On Thursday, Russia released the bodies of 1,000 Ukrainian soldiers killed in battle while Ukraine released the bodies of 19 slain Russian fighters.


This body exchange was part of the agreement reached between both countries in Turkey recently. Vladimir Medinsky, head of Russia’s delegation at the peace talks, confirmed the development.


“Following the agreements reached in Istanbul, another 1,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers were handed over to Ukraine today,” he said .


Medinsky showed proof of bagged bodies being transferred from refrigerated trucks during the exchange. Russia promised to release more than 3,000 Ukrainian bodies periodically if Ukraine meets certain conditions for a ceasefire.
