 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 Seven(7) Killed as ‎Gunmen attack three communities in Imo state.

‎

‎Gunmen, on Friday, invaded three communities of Umualoma, Ndiakunwanta and Ndiejezie in Arondizogu, Ideato North Local Government Area of Imo State, killing at least seven persons.

‎

‎It was gathered that the guπmen on a motorbike shot locals in Umualoma, Ndiakunwanta and Ndiejezie villages, leaving several people dead and several others critically injured.

‎

‎The people who died were in different bars drinking, some were the people selling and attending to their customers.  they also shot at people who were playing a draft game to while away time. 

‎

‎Confirming the incident in a statement on Friday, the spokesman of the State Police Command, Henry Okoye, said seven people were killed and several people were injured.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
