  Chikun/Kajuru Rep, Hon. Fidelix Bagudu, Announces New Appointments To Strengthen Inclusive Governance The Honourable Member representing the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, Hon. Fidelix Joseph Bagudu, has announced a wide-ranging list of new appointments aimed at deepening inclusive governance and enhancing representation across the constituency. The appointments, which take immediate effect, were unveiled in alignment with Kaduna State Governor Senator Uba Sani’s commitment to participatory governance. According to the lawmaker’s office, the list reflects deliberate efforts to ensure fair representation of all wards, communities, and interest groups across Chikun and Kajuru Local Government Areas (LGAs).  TEACHER FOUND DEAD IN CLASSROOM AT KING'S COLLEGE, LAGOS

A 48-year-old teacher at King’s College, Lagos, Mr. Ezekiel Akano was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Saturday evening inside one of the school’s classrooms.


According to police sources, the school’s Vice Principal, Mr. Oguniyi Ayodele reported the incident to the Lagos State Police Command at approximately 7:40 p.m. He stated that he had been alerted to the discovery of Mr. Akano’s lifeless body within the school premises is located at No. 3 Catholic Mission Street, Lagos Island.


In response, a team of detectives was immediately deployed to the scene. The area was cordoned off, and investigators conducted a thorough examination. Photographs were taken, and preliminary inspection revealed no visible signs of violence on the body.


Mr. Akano, a native of Oyo State, was later transported to the Lagos Island Hospital, Odan, where a medical officer confirmed him dead on arrival. His remains have since been deposited in the hospital morgue for preservation and autopsy.


The police have launched a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident. Authorities assured the public that all necessary measures are being taken to uncover the cause of the teacher’s sudden death.
