 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision.  TRUMP WANTS OBAMA ARRESTED OVER COUP ALLEGATIONS 

President Donald Trump suggested on Truth Social that former President Barack Obama should be arrested over intelligence that he may have worked for Trump's loss in the 2016 general elections. 


Following the release of 114 documents declassified by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, Trump posted an AI-generated video in which the FBI handcuffs and leads Obama away from the White House.


Gabbard alleged that Obama and top administrators in his government tried to make Trump lose out in a way that shifted the responsibility on Russia. 


"Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people," Gabbard alleged.


Trump's reaction seems to want Obama, former president Joe Biden, former FBI director James Comey, and Speaker Nancy Pelosi investigated and arrested.
