 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Abia State Police Arrest Suspect, Recover Stolen Toyota Highlander SUV


The Abia State Police Command has arrested Emeka Chukwuma, a suspect from Umuchu, Aguata Local Government Area, Anambra State, and recovered a stolen Toyota Highlander SUV with registration number BBR667RM.


In a statement issued late Thursday by DSP Maureen Chinaka, the Police Public Relations Officer, on behalf of Commissioner of Police Danladi Isa, the command revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, in 2022. Acting on credible intelligence, operatives of the Scorpion Squad recovered the SUV on August 22, 2025, and apprehended Chukwuma in connection with the crime.


The police have contacted the complainant to verify the vehicle’s ownership and authenticity. Investigations are ongoing to uncover further details surrounding the incident.
