 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. ARMED AND DANGEROUS MAN ON THE LOOSE IN ILLINOIS AFTER SHOOTING TWO POLICE OFFICERS. HE ALSO MAY BE UNCLOTHED. (PHOTO).

 Armed and dangerous man on the loose in Illinois after shooting two police officers. He also may be unclothed. 


Illinois State Police are searching for a man they have publicly announced as being armed and dangerous. 


This odd story unfolded at 2:30 a.m. Saturday morning in Gibson City, Illinois. Gibson City PD was contacted in reference to a "man walking down Ash Street completely nude".


Officers were soon able to identify the man as David Jordan. After identifying the man, authorities went to his home to attempt to make contact with Jordan. While attempting to make contact, David Jordan fired on officers striking a Gibson PD officer and a Ford County Deputy. Both officers were taken to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries. 


A short time later, the home of David Jordan burst into flames, and during the ensuing chaos, Jordan was able to slip past authorities and make his escape. Jordan started the fire to help escape the authorities. 


David Jordan is now at large and considered armed and dangerous, and again, possibly unclothed or partially unclothed.  If you see David Jordan or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please call 911 immediately. Authorities are urging the public not to approach David whatsoever.
