 Four people have died after a car was swept away at an overflowing bridge in the Makotopong River near Sebayeng. Police recovered the bodies after a blue Renault Kwid carrying five occupants was pulled into the river during heavy water flow on Sunday morning, 8 March 2026. One passenger escaped from the vehicle and alerted police and emergency services. Police say the car was travelling along the Madiga–Makotopong gravel road when it overturned at the flooded bridge and was dragged into the river. The Provincial Search and Rescue team recovered the first body on Sunday. The victim was identified as Lebapa Petrus Mochitele, 27, from Madiga Village. EMS personnel declared him dead at the scene. Search operations resumed on Monday with the SAPS Water Wing Unit, EMS Search and Rescue, the Fire and Rescue Department, and an EMS helicopter.  CHEATING WIFE DIES IN HOTEL AFTER SEXX ROMP 


A woman identified as Paulina has allegedly died in a hotel room following a sexx romp with an unidentified lover.


A mother of three that had been married for 15 years, Paulina was married to an okadaman who revealed after her death that she had been cheating on him for years.


On the day she died, Paulina reportedly left her children at 10 pm and sneaked away to join her lover at a guest house. 


Her husband returned to find her gone, and went to a police station to report her disappearance when she didn't return throughout the night.


While filing a report at the station, some police officers entered to report they just evacuated the body of a woman to the mortuary. Paulina's husband went with them to find it was actually his wife.
