 Nobody should bury him yet, We need to find out the true cause of his death- Uncle of late gospel singer, Toluwanisings,says  An Uncle of late gospel artist Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji aka Toluwanisings, has appealed to the government, Nigerians, religious leaders and traditional rulers to help investigate the circumstances surrounding his sudden demise. The singer who was popular for his soul-lifting worship, suddenly slumped and died in Ibadan, Oyo state on October 14. Speaking during an interview with Dunmininu, the Uncle said the family has agreed that he must not be buried unless the real cause of his death is ascertained. He mentioned that the late Singer was born a Muslim and bore the name Sodiq before he encountered Christ and dropped the name for a Christian name.  “We need the help of Nigeria because Sodiq’s death is hurting us.  Education Official and Businesswoman Arrested for Corruption


The Hawks’ Serious Corruption Investigation team has arrested a Chief Director at the Department of Education, Mrs. Gobonamang Doris Sibiya (59), and former Director of Tshela Bophelo Wellness Solution, Mr. Tshegofatso Kenabatho Gopane (44), together with the company, Tshela Bophelo Wellness Solution. They are facing charges of corruption, fraud, and money laundering.


It is alleged that in May 2020, the Department of Education awarded Tshela Bophelo Wellness Solution a tender worth over R6.5 million. The contract was for Covid-19 orientation and training, with ongoing support for 554 schools in the Head Office and five District Offices around Kimberley.


Investigations revealed that Mrs. Sibiya motivated for the company to receive the contract under the single service provider method, even though it did not meet the required standards. She is further accused of receiving R10 000 from Mr. Gopane without declaring it.


The accused were each granted R10 000 bail, and the case has been postponed to 17 September 2025.
