  UFC fighter Allan Nascimento found dead at 34 after 'apparent heart attack' in his sleep UFC fighter Allan Nascimento has died at the age of 34 after suffering an 'apparent heart attack' in his sleep. The news comes just six weeks after the Brazilian's last fight in Las Vegas on June 20. He suffered a split decision loss to Mitch Raposo at UFC Vegas 119. A UFC statement read: 'This morning, Monday, August 3rd, our beloved flyweight fighter, Allan Nascimento, was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep. 'Despite the efforts of the responding medical team, he was pronounced deceased at the scene. 'Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Allan's family, friends, teammates, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.'  Five Killed in Horrific Head-On Collision in Tafelkop


A tragic accident occurred today around 12:00 midday along the R574 road in Tafelkop, Elias Motsoaledi Municipality, Sekhukhune District.


According to preliminary reports, two sedans collided head-on, resulting in multiple fatalities and serious injuries.


The crash claimed the lives of five passengers from one vehicle, including three adults, an infant, and a child, all reportedly from a neighboring country.


Both drivers sustained injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.


Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
