 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration. In a heartfelt statement released today, former Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Čech announced that he and his wife, Martina Čechová, have decided to separate after 26 years of marriage. The 43-year-old football legend, widely regarded as one of the Premier League’s greatest goalkeepers, shared the news on social media, emphasizing that the decision was mutual and amicable.


“After 26 years together, Martina and I have decided to part ways,” Čech wrote. “This was not an easy decision, but it is one we have made with mutual respect and love for each other. We will continue to support our family and ask for privacy during this time.”


The couple, who married in 2003, have two children together, Adéla and Damián. Sources close to the family indicate that Čech and Martina remain committed to co-parenting and maintaining a positive relationship for the sake of their children.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
