Oscar-nominated actor Gary Busey has pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree criminal sexual contact charge after admitting in court that he inappropriately touched a woman during a 2022 fan convention in New Jersey.


The actor, once known for his role in The Buddy Holly Story, initially denied wrongdoing but told a judge last week, “It was not an accidental touching.” He now faces potential fines and up to five years of probation.
