 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . GHANA’S ANTI-GRAFT AGENCY, FBI SEIZE SHATTA WALE’S LAMBORGHINI.(PHOTO).

   Ghana’s anti-graft agency, FBI seize Shatta Wale’s Lamborghini. US authorities have linked the vehicle to criminal proceeds of one Nana Kwabena Amuah, currently serving an 86-month sentence for financial crimes in the United States over $4.7m US fraud.

EOCO says Shatta Wale tried to keep it quiet after they seized his Lamborghini Urus. 


In a press release dated August 5, the anti-graft agency confirmed it executed a search at Shatta’s Trassaco home with support from U.S. authorities.


The luxury car is believed to be linked to a convicted fraudster in the U.S., and the FBI wants it returned.


But EOCO says Shatta Wale pleaded with officers not to let the public know. 


“He stated that the vehicle was a big part of his brand and that if supporters saw EOCO driving it away, it would destroy his brand,” the statement revealed.


Despite the request, the car was confiscated and is now in EOCO’s possession.
