 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Lionel Richie's Beverly Hills residence targeted in burglary

Lionel Richie’s Beverly Hills home was the target of a burglary early Friday morning. Beverly Hills police responded to a call shortly after midnight, reporting a residential break-in in the 90210 neighborhood, where the singer-songwriter owns a property.

Authorities arrested a man named Michael John Bond on suspicion of residential burglary, though the District Attorney has not yet filed formal charges. Investigators are reviewing security footage and other evidence from the scene. Richie was reportedly at home during the incident, but the intruder fled after triggering the property’s security alarm and did not take any items. This incident adds Richie to a growing list of celebrities whose homes have been targeted by thieves this summer, including Brad Pitt, Teddi Mellencamp, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Elizabeth Chambers, and Ashlee Simpson with Evan Ross.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
