 You Are Heaven Bound - Franklin Graham Tells Trump in Letter Shared on Palm  Donald Trump has shared a personal letter from evangelist Franklin Graham, saying it offers reassurance about his spiritual future and his path to heaven. The former president posted the letter on Truth Social on March 29 to mark Palm Sunday, the Christian holy day observed one week before Easter.  The note, dated October 15, 2025, was sent after Trump helped broker a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas and the return of hostages. In the letter, Graham, a longtime ally and son of the late preacher Billy Graham, praised Trump’s role in the breakthrough. “Congratulations! The cease-fire between Israel and Hamas and the hostages being returned home are incredible accomplishments. Your leadership is historic,” Graham wrote.  “This is an answer to much prayer.  Opposition Unity Urged as Bauchi Governor Hosts Peter Obi


Governor Bala Mohammed, Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum, welcomed Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi to the Bauchi Government House on Friday, calling for opposition parties to unite ahead of the 2027 general election.


In an interactive session with journalists, Mohammed emphasized the need for opposition parties to harmonize their interests for the sake of Nigerians. “We have to harmonize our interests in the interest of the people of Nigeria,” he stated, highlighting the high expectations of citizens amid widespread hunger and anger. He cautioned against actions that could lead to “disparaging movements.”


Mohammed also made a direct appeal to Obi, urging him to return to the PDP. “So please come back. That’s where you belong. Don’t go anywhere that is in disarray,” he said.


The meeting underscores growing calls for opposition unity as Nigeria approaches the 2027 polls.

 How Suspected Phone Snatchers Killed Army Lieutenant In Kaduna  An army officer identified as Lieutenant IM Abubakar has reportedly been hacked to death by a gang that specialises in phone snatching and other crimes. The deceased was killed in the Unguwan Sarki area of Kaduna metropolis during the week. A popular counter-insurgency expert and security analyst in Lake Chad, Zagazola Makama disclosed this in a Twitter post. Makama described Abubakar as a talented officer.  He said, “Lt IM Abubakar(Isa) A Young Talented Army Officer Was Killed By Phone Snatchers on His Way Home In Unguwan Sarki, Kaduna. May his soul rest in peace.”
