 LASG REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO END TUBERCULOSIS IN COMMUNITIES IN LAGOS STATE The Lagos State Government on Tuesday reaffirmed its commitment to completely eradicate Tuberculosis (TB) at the grassroots level across the metropolis.  The Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Health District III, Dr. Monsurat Adeleke made this known during a courtesy visit by the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria team to her Ikoyi office, emphasising the present administration's commitment to continually prioritise health security across the state. She said the Lagos State First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Sanwo-Olu, is a Tuberculosis (TB) champion with the mandate of ending TB now and the continuous expansion of TB scale-up diagnostic centres.  According to her, “The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Sanwo-Olu is a TB champion. Singer Oritsefemi on Friday walked his daughter down the aisle to marry her Lithuanian heartthrob in far away Lithuania. 


Oritsefemi was filled with fatherly pride and love as he witnessed the wedding of daughter Esther Orighomisan to Donatas Rimkus.


The Igbeyawo crooner urged his new son-in-law to take care of his daughter in a short speech that drew laughter and excitement from those at the event.
