 TROOPS ARREST SUSPECTED KIDNAPPER, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE ALONG BENIN–SAPELE ROAD Troops of 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Operation WABAIZIGAN, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and recovered an AK-47 rifle and ammunition during a targeted operation along the Benin–Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State. The suspect, identified as Olamide Oyeniyi, was arrested on 12 September 2026 at Obaretin Community by troops conducting operations to disrupt criminal activities and safeguard major transportation routes within the area. Items recovered from the suspect include one AK-47 rifle, one magazine and eight rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition. Other items recovered are one Tecno mobile phone, two bags, one torchlight, one music box and assorted charms.  Rapper T-Hood fatally shot at 33 in Georgia home

Tevin Hood, known professionally as rapper T-Hood, was shot at his home in Snellville, Georgia, and later died from his injuries, authorities confirmed.

Gwinnett County police responded Friday to reports of a dispute that ended in gunfire. First responders provided aid at the scene and transported Hood to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

One person has been detained and is currently being questioned by police. The incident is under investigation as a homicide, though the motive remains unclear. Hood’s mother, Yulanda, confirmed that her son was the victim and denied reports of a party taking place at the time of the shooting.

T-Hood was a recognized figure in the Southern rap community with hits like “READY 2 GO,” “Big Booty,” and “Perculator.” He was 33 years old.
