 MISSING CHILDREN SAFELY RETURNED TO WANNUNE AFTER ABDUCTION ATTEMPT Relief and jubilation swept through the IF Academy settlement in Wannune, Tarka LGA of Benue State, as children who went missing last October have been safely reunited with their families.   According to Timothy Chusa, who reported the incident to Benue Info-pedia, the children were taken by a Tiv girl to Nasarawa State, where she resides. Community members revealed that the suspect had allegedly planned to sell the children. However, before the plan could be executed, information reached Wannune, prompting swift intervention.   Faced with mounting pressure, the suspect was compelled to return the children unharmed.  Man Arrested for Murder of Pregnant Girlfriend in Leeufontein


The police in Marble Hall have arrested a 31-year-old man in connection with the brutal murder of his girlfriend at Leeufontein RDP section yesterday.


According to police reports, officers received information from community members about an injured woman at Leeufontein RDP. When they arrived, they found a 23-year-old woman lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds. Emergency medical personnel were called to the scene, but she was certified dead. It was later discovered that the victim was four months pregnant.


The suspect is now facing a murder charge and will appear in court soon.
