 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  Shoprite to exit Ghana after 20 years 


Retail giant Shoprite is saying goodbye to Ghana. 


The South African company has confirmed it’s received a binding offer to sell off its Ghana operations — including seven stores and a warehouse. 


The deal is described as “highly probable,” meaning the exit could happen soon.


Shoprite first came to Ghana in 2003, but ongoing challenges like high costs, inflation, and currency issues have pushed the company to scale back across Africa. 


It’s already left Nigeria, Kenya, and Uganda — and now Ghana is next.


This marks the end of over two decades of Shoprite’s presence in the country.
