 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken.  Side chick driving lover’s wife’s new car crashes into keke, leaving one passenger dead


A side chick allegedly rammed into a commercial tricycle, resulting in the death of a passenger, while driving a newly purchased car belonging to her lover’s wife.


According to Nigerian human rights activist, Comrade Israel Joe, who shared the incident in a Facebook post on Saturday, August 9, 2025, the car had recently been bought by the married man’s wife for her personal use.


However, the man reportedly took it to a hotel where he lodged with his side chick.


Joe further revealed that the man allowed his side chick to drive the vehicle after she claimed she needed to go shopping.

A married man is in a hotel with his side chic. The girlfriend told him she wanted to get some stuff, and the man graciously approved of her to use the car his wife bought for herself newly, which he drove to the hotel.


Side chic, flexing a new car, had an accident with the car moments after she left the hotel. One of the passengers of the keke she crashed into, lost his life.


She has been detained by the police and the car towed to the police station, meanwhile, madam has been calling oga to bring her car so that she could pick up the kids from her mom’s place and return to her business place to close it up for today.


She also told her husband that she had called the mechanic to come fix his car so he could stop using her new car.
