 LASG ISSUES TRAFFIC ADVISORY AHEAD OF FANTI CARNIVAL The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversions and restrictions ahead of the Lagos Fanti Carnival scheduled to hold on Monday, 6th April, 2026, around Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos Island. In a bid to ensure a seamless and hitch-free carnival procession, vehicular movement will be restricted along major adjoining roads linking TBS. Affected Routes are; King George V Road (by Mobil Filling Station), Flag House inbound TBS, Force Road inbound TBS, Onikan Roundabout inbound TBS, and WaterBoy Roundabout by Old Defence House. Additionally, all link roads to Moloney Road, such as Military Road (by Old Defence Building), Ajasa Street, Boyle Street, and Hawley Street, will be closed to traffic during the event.  TENI DEMANDS $1M FROM DANGOTE FOR MISSING AMALA


Singer Teni said billionaire industrialist, Aliko Dangote, would have to compensate her with $1 million for making her miss Amala at Davido's wedding in Miami, Florida.


"Dangote you have to pay me $1 million for disturbing me from eating Amala at Davido's wedding," Teni stated. 


"I still can't believe I made such a huge mistake at Davido's wedding after spraying $100k. I didn't eat Amala at Davido's wedding yesterday. I was on my own ooh, going to collect Amala and I saw Dangote. I immediately left the Amala and went to explain my life story to Daddy Dangote. 


After I was done discussing with Daddy Dangote, I saw my other Daddy, Saraki, and immediately went to go meet him. Then I just talked with my new daddies all through the wedding party and forgot to eat Amala. Daddy Dangote and Daddy Saraki will have to pay for my Amala."

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
