 A Mother's Day Nightmare in Princeton, Illinois. A 3-year-old boy was struck by gunfire as police burst into a barricaded room, ending a frightening hostage situation. Multiple agencies responded to the Hummingbird Mobile Home Park in Princeton, Illinois, on Sunday, May 10th at 2:42 a.m. The initial call went out as a domestic disturbance but officers discovered much worse.  42-year-old, Anthony Rodriguez, had barricaded himself in a room armed with a knife. Anthony had taken several people as hostages, including Aurora Almanza and her 3-year-old son.  Multiple agencies were on the scene, including the Bureau County Sheriff's Office, Illinois State Police and  the Princeton Police Department.  Authorities attempted to negotiate but ultimately rushed the room when they heard screaming coming from inside.  Officials have reported that officers fired shots as they entered the room. A 46-year-old Nigerian virgin recently visited a radio station to publicly announce her search for a husband, saying she feels time is running out.

The woman stated that she has never had an intimate relationship.


According to a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the woman revealed in a viral video that she has never had an intimate relationship.


She explained that for the past three years, people have increasingly made her feel old, with men dismissing her as “this one is old” and children calling her “grandma.”


In an effort to find a partner, she approached the radio station for assistance.


“Time is going, I can’t continue like this. From three years ago, men see me as an old woman they’ll say ‘this one is old.’ If a child sees me, I’m called grandma. That’s why I came here to find help. I just want a person who is reasonable and responsible. I’m tired. People are beginning to see me as an irresponsible fellow in my community,” she said.
