 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  US confirms killing of senior ISIS leader in Syria 

U.S. forces killed a senior ISIS official in northern Syria on Tuesday, the U.S. Central Command (Centcom) confirmed Thursday.

The raid targeted a high-ranking ISIS member who also acted as a key financier responsible for planning attacks in Syria and Iraq. Centcom said the official maintained networks in the region, representing a direct threat to U.S. and coalition forces as well as the new Syrian government.

“We will continue to pursue ISIS terrorists with unwavering determination throughout the region,” Centcom commander Adm. Brad Cooper said. “Together with our partners and allies, CENTCOM remains committed to ensuring the lasting defeat of ISIS and protecting the U.S. homeland.”

The operation follows a similar strike last month in which U.S. forces killed senior ISIS leader Dhiya’ Zawba Muslih al-Hardani and his two adult sons, all of whom were linked to planning attacks against coalition forces and the Syrian government.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
