 Nicole Kidman recalls the heartbreaking moment she found out her mom died Nicole Kidman has opened up about the heartbreaking moment she learned of her mother Janelle’s death just as she was about to accept a best actress award at the Venice International Film Festival.  The Babygirl star recalled being backstage when she received the news, saying she returned to her room “completely devastated” and unsure how she would move forward without her mother, who had been such a central part of her life. She described the “harrowing” attempt to leave Venice in the middle of the night to return to Australia, only to turn back, overwhelmed and alone.  Director Halina Reijn later read a statement on Kidman’s behalf, dedicating the award to Janelle and acknowledging the collision of art and life in that painful moment.  WOMAN THAT KILLED 11 HUSBANDS FOR WEALTH TO BE EXECUTED 


An Iranian woman, Kolsum Akbari, is facing execution after murdering 11 or more husbands to inherit their wealth. 


Nicknamed Black Widow, Akbari went after rich and elderly men to marry them and then poisoned them to inherit their wealth. 


Akbari murdered 11 or more husbands within 23 years before autopsy of her last victim revealed her crimes. She confessed to her evil and couldn't recall the actual number of her victims.


“I don’t know how many I killed," she stated. "Maybe it was 13 or 15 people. I don’t remember exactly."


The 56-year-old serial killer used a combination of blood pressure medications, diabetes drugs, sedatives and in some cases industrial alcohol to kill her husbands. If everything failed, she would suffocate them with a pillow.
