 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary.  5 teens injured in El Paso apartment complex shooting

Five teenagers were injured Monday night in a shooting at an apartment complex in El Paso, Texas, authorities said.

Police said a group of youths in an outdoor area of the complex seemed to be on the verge of a fight when a male opened fire into the crowd. Two girls and three boys, ages 15 to 17, were taken to local hospitals. One teen may have sustained life-threatening injuries, while the others were reported to have non-life-threatening wounds.

Authorities have taken a 15-year-old into custody but have not confirmed whether he was the shooter, police said. El Paso is located near the U.S.-Mexico border.
