 TROOPS ARREST SUSPECTED KIDNAPPER, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE ALONG BENIN–SAPELE ROAD Troops of 4 Brigade Nigerian Army, Operation WABAIZIGAN, have arrested a suspected kidnapper and recovered an AK-47 rifle and ammunition during a targeted operation along the Benin–Sapele Road in Ikpoba-Okha LGA of Edo State. The suspect, identified as Olamide Oyeniyi, was arrested on 12 September 2026 at Obaretin Community by troops conducting operations to disrupt criminal activities and safeguard major transportation routes within the area. Items recovered from the suspect include one AK-47 rifle, one magazine and eight rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition. Other items recovered are one Tecno mobile phone, two bags, one torchlight, one music box and assorted charms. A FREAK ACCIDENT INVOLVING A DEER TOOK THE LIFE OF A PENNSYLVANIA TEEN ON HIS WAY TO SCHOOL. (PHOTO).

 A freak accident involving a deer took the life of a Pennsylvania teen on his way to school. 


Kevin Donahue was a sophomore at Malvern Prep School.  He was well liked and a stand-out member of the school's lacrosse team. 


At 8 a.m. on Tuesday, as Kevin traveled to school on Route 322 in Chester County, Pennsylvania, disaster struck. A driver in the oncoming lane struck a deer and sent it hurtling across the highway and straight through Kevin's windshield. 


Kevin suffered serious injuries and sadly  passed away a short time after the accident.


Police are still searching for the driver of the vehicle which struck the deer. They believe it is a black Toyota Sienna with heavy front end damage.
