 El-Rufai to remain in custody as court adjourns bail application to April 14 Justice Rilwanu Aikawa of a Federal High Court in Kaduna has adjourned the hearing of the bail application filed by former Kaduna State governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, to April 14th. The bail application of the former governor came up before the court today. April 1. The court adjourned the case after listening to arguments from both the defence and prosecution  El-Rufai was arraigned by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) on a 10-count charge bordering on alleged conversion of public property and money laundering. He pleaded not guilty to all the charges. The court ordered that he remain in ICPC custody pending the hearing of his bail application on the fixed date. The former governor arrived at the court premises around 9:00 a.m. in a black Hilux vehicle, accompanied by DSS officials.

A MISSISSIPPI WALMART EMPLOYEE TOOK A MAN'S LIFE DURING AN IN STORE ALTERCATION. ( PHOTO).

 A Mississippi Walmart employee took a man's life during an in store altercation. 


The Horn Lake Police Department were called to the Walmart on Goodman Road at 10:30 pm. on Sunday, September 7th.


Upon their arrival, officers found 27-year-old Ledarius Clayton suffering from a stab wound. Clayton was rushed to Baptist DeSoto hospital, where he passed away from his injuries. 


The unidentified Walmart employee was briefly detained while officers investigated the incident but was later released with authorities announcing no charges would be filed at this point.


This decision came after authorities reviewed security footage showing Clayton entering the store and approaching the employee. Clayton then began acting aggressively before launching into an attack on the employee. At this point the employee withdrew his weapon and stabbed Clayton one time before walking away.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
