The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Ikioye Orutugu fwc MNIPS PhD, has reiterated the Command’s commitment to building a strong security architecture across the State by strategically positioning Police Divisions to serve as fortresses against common enemies of the people.

The CP stated this on the 9th of September 2025, during the commissioning of the CP Orutugu’s Eagles Eye Tower at Ekwulobia Division, Aguata LGA. The Eagle’s Eye Tower is more than an infrastructure; it is a symbol of vigilance, courage, and partnership. The facility, built with the support of stakeholders in Aguata, will enhance surveillance, early response, and visibility policing in the Division, thereby deterring criminal elements and boosting public confidence.
