 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  BENUE:TIV COMMUNITIES IN KADARKO LAMENT DESTRUCTION OF FARMLANDS BY HERDSMEN

Tiv residents of Kadarko Ward in Keana Local Government Area of Nasarawa State have raised alarm over the widespread destruction of their farmlands by suspected herdsmen.


A community source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, alleged that herders have unleashed their cattle on more than 100 farms in the area, devastating crops and leaving farmers traumatized.


He further disclosed that the Paramount Ruler of Kadarko had been informed about the development, but no decisive action has been taken to halt the destruction.


The source appealed to the Nasarawa State Government and relevant authorities to urgently intervene and protect the livelihoods of the affected farmers.


Communities worst hit by the invasion include Alima, Gidan Mori, Tamen, Nguchi, Akpem, and surrounding villages.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
