Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings. “I don’t see not being married as a negative” - Actress Bimbo Akintola says

Veteran Nollywood actress Bimbo Akintola has revealed that despite being proposed to many times, she has turned them all down because she hasn’t found the right partner.

Speaking in a recent sit-down, the 52-year-old star said: “For me not to have found my partner, the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, I don’t see it as a negative. I’ve been proposed to many times, and I’ve said no.”

She also spoke about the pressure women face when it comes to marriage, warning against rushing in for the wrong reasons. “Did you just marry because people say marry? Look at divorce ratings now in Nigeria, it’s skyrocketing. Some people are married before they leave the reception if the marriage has broken up.”

Akintola went further to stress that both sons and daughters should be raised with equal responsibility. “Teach your sons that their body is the temple of God the same way you teach your daughters. As soon as you impregnate a girl, no more school for you, my dear. Go and work and raise your child.”

She also touched on online bullying, advising women not to focus on “rich men” but on men who are hardworking and ready to grow with them.
