 Chris Brown Avoids Jail After London Nightclub Attack, Gets 8-Month Suspended Sentence Chris Brown will not be going to prison for now after a London court sentenced him over a nightclub attack that left music producer Abraham Diaw injured. The American singer, 37, was sentenced at Southwark Crown Court on Monday, October 26, receiving eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months. His co-defendant, rapper HoodyBaby, whose real name is Omololu Akinlolu, 40, received a four-month suspended sentence, also for 12 months. Both were ordered to pay £1,500 in costs. The case dates back to February 19, 2023 at Tape nightclub in Mayfair, London, where Brown admitted attacking Diaw with a tequila bottle. CCTV footage showed the producer being struck twice on the head, hit on the shoulder, chased, pushed to the floor and kicked while down. “I don’t see not being married as a negative” - Actress Bimbo Akintola says


 Veteran Nollywood actress Bimbo Akintola has revealed that despite being proposed to many times, she has turned them all down because she hasn’t found the right partner.


Speaking in a recent sit-down, the 52-year-old star said: “For me not to have found my partner, the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, I don’t see it as a negative. I’ve been proposed to many times, and I’ve said no.”


She also spoke about the pressure women face when it comes to marriage, warning against rushing in for the wrong reasons. “Did you just marry because people say marry? Look at divorce ratings now in Nigeria, it’s skyrocketing. Some people are married before they leave the reception if the marriage has broken up.”


Akintola went further to stress that both sons and daughters should be raised with equal responsibility. “Teach your sons that their body is the temple of God the same way you teach your daughters. As soon as you impregnate a girl, no more school for you, my dear. Go and work and raise your child.”


She also touched on online bullying, advising women not to focus on “rich men” but on men who are hardworking and ready to grow with them.
