 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 INVESTIGATION INTO THE ABUJA- KADUNA TRAIN DERAILMENT; PRELIMINARY FINDINGS  WITHIN 30 DAYS


The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) is intensifying efforts in a thorough investigation into the August 26, 2025, Abuja-Kaduna train derailment incident at Asham Train Station and plans to release preliminary findings within 30 days from the date of the incident.


Director-General Captain Alex Badeh Jr.  while briefing journalists says the investigation team aims to identify the root cause of the derailment and provide recommendations to prevent future incidents.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
