 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Jay Cutler begins jail sentence for DUI 

Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler has reported to a Tennessee jail to begin serving a DUI sentence. Cutler was booked into Williamson County Jail on Monday morning and is expected to remain there until Friday.

Last month, Cutler pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor DUI and was sentenced to four days in jail. In addition to his time behind bars, he was ordered to pay a $350 fine, complete one year of supervised probation, attend a DUI safety class, and have his Tennessee driver’s license revoked for one year.

The charges stem from an October 17, 2024, traffic incident in Franklin, Tennessee, when Cutler was accused of showing signs of intoxication after rear-ending another vehicle. Authorities reported that he appeared intoxicated at the scene, with bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Cutler was also sued by the other driver, Perry Lee, who claimed he sustained injuries in the accident and continues to experience daily pain. Neither Cutler nor his attorney has publicly commented on the matter.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
