 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings.  Lagos Teachers Set Guinness World Record 


Oluwaseyi Anifowose officially holds the world's record for organizing the Largest Gathering of Teachers in the World in Lagos.


Convener of the Let There Be Teachers Conference 2025, says the programme was born out of a deep conviction to create a global platform that to spotlight the real challenges facing the teaching profession. 


According to the event coordinator 90% of the teachers were from Lagos because they lacked funds to bring in teachers from outside the state as originally intended.


The historic initiative was not merely an attempt to break a record; it was a bold call to action — to celebrate teachers, amplify their voices, and compel stakeholders to commit to more meaningful reforms.


Oluwaseyi Anifowose has years of experience in teacher's training and capacity development.

GWR has not posted the feat on its social media platforms, Anifowose's confirmation was done via a virtual presentation.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
