 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom.  Lagos Teachers Set Guinness World Record 


Oluwaseyi Anifowose officially holds the world's record for organizing the Largest Gathering of Teachers in the World in Lagos.


Convener of the Let There Be Teachers Conference 2025, says the programme was born out of a deep conviction to create a global platform that to spotlight the real challenges facing the teaching profession. 


According to the event coordinator 90% of the teachers were from Lagos because they lacked funds to bring in teachers from outside the state as originally intended.


The historic initiative was not merely an attempt to break a record; it was a bold call to action — to celebrate teachers, amplify their voices, and compel stakeholders to commit to more meaningful reforms.


Oluwaseyi Anifowose has years of experience in teacher's training and capacity development.

GWR has not posted the feat on its social media platforms, Anifowose's confirmation was done via a virtual presentation.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
