 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings.  Malawi's President Chakwera concedes defeat in election


Malawi's President Lazarus Chakwera has conceded defeat in the country's presidential election and congratulated opposition candidate, Peter Mutharika, on his victory.


In a statement, the government said Chakwera accepted the results of the election in address to the nation from the presidential palace, TRT Afrika reported.


The electoral commission is yet to officially announce the winner of the election.


President Chawera pledged to ensure a peaceful transition of power to his successor, the statement said.


He also thanked Malawians for entrusting him with the presidency.


The Malawi Electoral Commission (MEC) is expected to officially announce the results of the presidential election on Wednesday in the capital, Lilongwe.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
