 Anambra Govt Warns Against Purchase of Encroached Land at Trans-Nkissi By MaryAnn Chukwuma The Anambra State Ministry of Lands has warned members of the public against purchasing plots at TransNkissi Phase 1, behind the Federal Government Girls College, Onitsha, from persons claiming ownership on behalf of the Umuosodi family of Onitsha. The warning was contained in a public notice dated Sept. 28, 2026, with Ref. No. PS/ML/2026/CR/VOL.II/028 and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, for the Commissioner. According to the notice, the Ministry became aware that persons alleged to be members of the Umuosodi family had invaded and commenced clearing portions of the land with the intention of selling them to unsuspecting members of the public. It said compensatory plots had been allocated to the family and other families in Onitsha before the current administration.  Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban end 19-year marriage

Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman and country music star Keith Urban have separated after 19 years of marriage. The couple has reportedly been living apart since the start of summer, with Kidman focusing on caring for their two daughters and keeping the family together during this period.

Kidman, 58, and Urban, 57, married in June 2006 after meeting at an event the previous year. They share two daughters: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. The pair had long been considered one of Hollywood’s most enduring couples, and earlier this year Kidman celebrated their anniversary with a black-and-white photo shared on social media. Neither Kidman nor Urban has publicly addressed the separation.

Kidman was previously married to actor Tom Cruise from 1990 to 2001, and the couple has two adult children together. Urban has not been married before. Professionally, Kidman remains active, recently completing filming on Practical Magic 2 and appearing in projects including Babygirl, the second season of Hulu’s Nine Perfect Strangers, Lioness on Paramount+, and Netflix’s The Perfect Couple. Urban continues his career in country music, balancing recording and touring.

Representatives for both Kidman and Urban have not issued statements regarding the split.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
