 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. Justice Omotosho has denied the application of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's deteriorating health.


He has ordered the President of National Medical Association to constitute an investigation committee who will examine Nnamdi Kanu's health condition, as against his transfer to National Hospital Abuja.

Proceedings Have Officially Commenced Before Justice James Omotosho. The Court Is Expected To Deliver A Ruling On Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Pending Application Concerning His Health Condition.


Leading The Defense Is Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Onyinyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), Who Makes Oral Submissions On Behalf Of Kanu.


Since Writing Is Not Allowed While The Court Is In Session, Updates Remain Limited At The Moment. However, Justice Omotosho Is Expected To Rule Within The Next 10 Minutes On Two Crucial Issues:


1. The No-Case Submission.


2. The Request To Transfer Mazi Nnamdi Kanu To A Hospital For Urgent Medical Care.
