 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare .  REQUEST TO TRANSFER NNAMDI KANU TO NATIONAL HOSPITAL, ABUJA REJECTED IN COURT

Justice Omotosho has denied the application of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's deteriorating health.


He has ordered the President of National Medical Association to constitute an investigation committee who will examine Nnamdi Kanu's health condition, as against his transfer to National Hospital Abuja.

INITIAL REPORT:

Proceedings Have Officially Commenced Before Justice James Omotosho. The Court Is Expected To Deliver A Ruling On Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Pending Application Concerning His Health Condition.


Leading The Defense Is Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Onyinyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), Who Makes Oral Submissions On Behalf Of Kanu.


Since Writing Is Not Allowed While The Court Is In Session, Updates Remain Limited At The Moment. However, Justice Omotosho Is Expected To Rule Within The Next 10 Minutes On Two Crucial Issues:


1. The No-Case Submission.


2. The Request To Transfer Mazi Nnamdi Kanu To A Hospital For Urgent Medical Care.
