 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

 Rivers State Inter-Denominational 

Thanksgiving Service Commences.


Activities to Mark the end of Emergency rule in Rivers State, has commenced with a thanksgiving service held at the Ecumenical center, Abonima Warf, Port Harcourt.


In attendance were the Rivers State Administrator, top government officials, traditional rulers, heads of state security and para military agencies among other dignitaries.


The service marked the commencement of part  of transition activities for proper hand over and return of the suspended Governor and members of the legislature, whose period of six months suspension ends September 18th, 2025.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
