 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor.  Police Probe Murder, Kidnapping and Attempted Murder in Mnyangani Village


Giyani police in the Mopani district are investigating cases of murder, kidnapping, and attempted murder that took place at Mnyangani village on Wednesday, 10 September 2025.


Police members responded to a complaint of murder and, upon arrival, found the lifeless body of a man lying in a pool of blood behind a house with multiple gunshot wounds.


Preliminary investigations revealed that the victim had been at home with two unknown men when two armed suspects stormed into the yard, opened fire, and fled in an unknown vehicle.


One victim, identified as Themba Shivuri of Mnyangani, was certified dead at the scene by emergency personnel. A second victim was rushed to hospital for treatment, while the whereabouts of the third man remain unknown.


The motive for the attack is still unclear. Police are appealing to community members with any information that could assist in the investigation to contact Detective Warrant Officer Moses Menyuku at 082 729 0343.
