 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System.  Tinubu will visit Abia State on October 3, 2025, to commission newly rehabilitated P/Harcourt Road


Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has announced that the newly reconstructed Port Harcourt road, Aba, and six other roads would be commissioned by President Bola Tinubu on October 3, 2025.


The governor stated this during the state security fundraising in Aba, adding that his administration has signed necessary documents with Radisson Blu for the commencement of work at the Enyimba Hotel Aba.


He assured that work would soon take off at the project site. Addressing the business community in Aba, during the launch at the Aba Sports Club, Otti, who explained that his government recognises security as the bedrock of development, reiterated that security occupies the centre stage of his administration.


He assured that he would not compromise on issues of security, adding that no kobo of the funds raised or other public funds would be mismanaged under his watch.
