 Otti Slams Julius Abure Over Continued Sale of Labour Party Nomination Forms Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has strongly criticised the former National Chairman of the Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure, for proceeding with the sale of governorship nomination forms despite opposition from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and subsisting court rulings. The criticism follows a viral photograph showing Abure presenting a Labour Party nomination form to a former National Vice Chairman of the party, Ceekay Igara, in the company of other party members.  Actor Alapini meets Seyi Tinubu after allegations of not being compensated in 2023


Nollywood actor, Ganiyu Nafiu, professionally known as Alapini Oosa, has met with President Bola Tinubu’s son, Seyi Tinubu.

This came a few months after the veteran actor expressed regret campaigning for president Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress, APC, during the 2023 general election.

He had lamented not being recognised or compensated for his efforts after two years of Tinubu in office.

Five months after calling out the president, Alapini finally had a close door meeting with Seyi Tinubu alongside actress Fathia Balogun Williams.

Photos from the meeting have continued to spark controversy on social media.

DAILY POST reports that neither party has disclosed details or the purpose of their discussion as of the time of this report.
