 Mexico says two US federal agents killed in crash were not authorized for operations inside country  Mexico’s government says two U.S. federal agents killed in a northern border-region crash were not authorized to take part in any operations on Mexican soil, raising new questions about their role in a cross-border drug lab mission. Authorities say the agents were returning from an operation targeting a clandestine drug facility in Chihuahua when their vehicle, traveling as part of a convoy, went off a ravine and exploded last weekend. Two Mexican officers also died in the incident. U.S. officials have confirmed the two Americans were CIA personnel, though their agency has declined to comment on the circumstances. Mexican officials say one of the agents entered the country as a visitor while the other used a diplomatic passport, and insist the government had no knowledge of foreign operatives conducting or planning any enforcement activity inside Mexico. AN EVANSVILLE, INDIANA MAN WAS ARRESTED AFTER TAKING AN EVENING STROLL, COMPLETELY NUDE, BEFORE ENTERING A STRANGER'S HOME AND REFUSING TO LEAVE.(PHOTO).

 An Evansville, Indiana man was arrested after taking an evening stroll, completely nude, before entering a stranger's home and refusing to leave.


55-year-old Scott Cummings is facing a long list of charges, including public indecency, criminal mischief, and resisting law enforcement.


This revealing incident occurred on the evening of Saturday, October 11th, at the Villlage Green Apartments. 


Evansville PD were called to the report of a man walking around the apartment complex nude. The callers expressed concern over the fact that children were outside playing at the time. 


Moments later, dispatch received another call regarding the same man. This caller told police there was a naked man in his nephew's kitchen.


When officers arrived on scene, they discovered Scott Cummings still inside of the apartment. Officers ordered Cummings to exit the apartment, and he refused. 


Eventually, officers entered the apartment and attempted to take Cummings into custody. A brief struggle with the completely unclothed Cummings ensued, and officers were ultimately able to subdue him.


Cummings continued to struggle with officers after being cuffed up and caused an officer to fall, causing an injury.


Once in custody, Cummings admitted to being high on methamphetamine. 


Scott Cummings was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail under the previously mentioned charges.
