 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.  Bandits Abduct Anglican Priest, Wife In Kaduna Community


Suspected bandits have abducted an Anglican priest, Reverend Edwin Achi, alongside his wife, Mrs. Sarah Achi, during an early morning attack on Nissi village in the Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.


A member of the Anglican Church of Nigeria confirmed the incident to SaharaReporters, revealing that the armed men stormed the community and whisked the couple away from their residence before dawn. The source expressed concern that the attack had not been widely reported, adding that the situation reflected the deepening insecurity facing residents in the area.


“The bandits invaded Nissi village and took away Reverend Achi and his wife. Sadly, incidents like this are happening too often, yet many of them never make it to the news,” the source lamented.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
