 Chawai Community Appeals To Gov. Uba Sani For Relief, Medical Support After Deadly Kauru Attack The people of Chawai Chiefdom in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State have appealed to Governor Uba Sani to provide urgent relief and medical assistance to victims of the deadly attack on Naridon village in Kamaru Ward. In an open letter addressed to the governor, the community commended his leadership, describing his administration as inclusive and fair. They said this had given residents confidence that every community in the state is valued. The community, however, expressed concern over what it described as the lack of government intervention following the attack on Naridon village, in which it said 30 people were killed. According to the letter, many survivors and families of the victims are still struggling with grief, trauma, displacement, and the challenges of caring for those injured in the attack.  Barbie unveils second Stevie Nicks doll inspired by Bella Donna 

Mattel is releasing a second Barbie doll modeled after Stevie Nicks, this time celebrating her solo career. The new Stevie Nicks Bella Donna Barbie commemorates the 43rd anniversary of her debut solo album, Bella Donna, which featured hits like "Edge of Seventeen" and "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around."

The doll wears Nick’s signature flowing white dress from the 1981 album cover, paired with a black top hat and a microphone in hand. Nicks said she feels honored to collaborate with Barbie again, calling the doll a symbol of her musical journey and the courage it took to forge her solo career. She added that she hopes the doll inspires fans and young dreamers to pursue their potential. The first Stevie Nicks Barbie, inspired by her 1977 Fleetwood Mac Rumours look, sold out within 24 hours of release. Mattel noted that the initial collaboration made the doll one of its most beloved musician editions.
