 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results.  Barbie unveils second Stevie Nicks doll inspired by Bella Donna 

Mattel is releasing a second Barbie doll modeled after Stevie Nicks, this time celebrating her solo career. The new Stevie Nicks Bella Donna Barbie commemorates the 43rd anniversary of her debut solo album, Bella Donna, which featured hits like "Edge of Seventeen" and "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around."

The doll wears Nick’s signature flowing white dress from the 1981 album cover, paired with a black top hat and a microphone in hand. Nicks said she feels honored to collaborate with Barbie again, calling the doll a symbol of her musical journey and the courage it took to forge her solo career. She added that she hopes the doll inspires fans and young dreamers to pursue their potential. The first Stevie Nicks Barbie, inspired by her 1977 Fleetwood Mac Rumours look, sold out within 24 hours of release. Mattel noted that the initial collaboration made the doll one of its most beloved musician editions.
