 Cameron Diaz reflects on her acting hiatus and having her first child aged 47 Cameron Diaz has reflected on her decade‑long break from acting and becoming a mother later in life.  Now 53, she explained in a recent interview that she was grateful for the time away, which allowed her to focus on her family with husband Benji Madden.  The couple share two children daughter Raddix, six, and son Cardinal, two. Diaz returned to acting last year and is set to star alongside Keanu Reeves in Apple TV’s Outcome, calling the opportunity “a thrill” and describing acting as “the best job in the world.” Diaz also spoke about embracing motherhood at 47, saying it is the most fulfilling part of her life, even if it comes with challenges.  She admitted she approaches parenting like any other mom, trying to stay strong and healthy.  CWO Awka Diocese Bestows Super Amazon Award On The First Lady of Anambra, Dr Nonye Soludo 


The Catholic Women Organisation, CWO, Awka Diocese has bestowed 'CWO Super Amazon' award on the wife of Anambra State Governor, Dr Nonye Soludo.


The award was bestowed on her at St Patrick's cathedral Awka, during the 2025 Trennial Convention of the Diocese.


Represented by the Commissioner for Special Duties, Honourable Beverly Ikpeazu -Nkemdiche, Dr Soludo was given the award in recognition of her efforts in giving women and children of the state better life.


Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Dr  Soludo said women play a vital role  in character moulding of children and in shaping the society.


She appreciated members of CWO, Awka Diocese,  for all they do especially their prayers, urging them not to relent as according to her , for their to be a sane society.


She asserted that women must be on their toes to monitor their children and wards, know the friends they keep and their movement at all times, urging them to respect and be submissive to their husbands.
