 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.  EDO/DELTA COMMUNAL CLASH


The House of Representatives today, Tuesday 21st 2025, urged its relevant committees to investigate the alleged communal clashes between people of Iguelgba, Oben, Ikobi, and Obazogbe N’ugu of Edo State and that of Mosogar in Delta State.


According to Billy Osawaru, the member representing Orhionmwon/Uhunmwude Federal Constituency, Edo state, the recent cla$h is allegedly caused by the people of Mosogar Delta state who led unjustified incursi0n and attack by thugs and hoodlums to the Edo communities.


He said that the people have lived in peace within the oil exploration area of Orhionmwon LGA, Edo State with0ut f€ar, harassm€nt and crisis of any kind and have shared common boundaries with Delta State, particularly at the Mosogar axis of the state.


He further added that “if serious action is not taken to stop this, it may snowball into a full-scale interstate crisis, which will in turn threaten the peace and stability of the nation in general".

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
