 Nigerian makes US Most Wanted List over $1m fraud A Nigerian, Onoriode Ezewu, has been named on the United States Department of Labour’s first-ever Most Wanted List over allegations of money laundering involving fraudulent unemployment benefit claims worth more than $1m. The department’s Office of Inspector General unveiled the list on its website on Wednesday, naming 16 fugitives wanted in cases involving alleged fraud, identity theft, money laundering, labour trafficking and other offences. According to the agency, the cases collectively involve more than $55m allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. Senator Ned Nwoko has today in an interview with Channels TV, defended polygamy, affirming that having multiple wives brings balance and stability to a man’s life.


He sympathized with every man who has married just one wife. 

"All men should do that (practice polygamy). For instance, just imagine standing on one leg, you know how difficult it is, but to stand on 2, 3 or 4 is more balanced. So, I feel sorry for those who have one wife because it’s difficult to stand on one leg", he said.


This statement has since stirred up reactions across the media today amid the ongoing tension in his household, following the last wife Regina Daniels' earlier outburst and the recent acquisition of a new mansion.


Ned Nwoko also denied allegations of domestic vi0lence involving Regina, describing them as baseless.


He maintained that he has no regrets about his marital decisions and emphasised on how he loves and respects his wives and children equally.
